1.HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?
There is no charge for mailing orders for delivery in the UK over the value of £100. Orders for delivery within the UK that are under £100 will incur a postage charge of £4.50. See our delivery information page for charges for other countries.
2. WHAT DELIVERY METHOD DO YOU USE?
We use Royal Mail for all addresses within the U.K and UPS for all international orders.
3. HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch standard orders within two working days and postage should take an additional one or two days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays.

Promotional Codes are valid for the specified time period only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURNS?
Unfortunately you do. Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend that you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office, as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
4. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We are sorry to hear that your 30Fifteen order wasn’t quite as expected. Please follow our returns policy and we will happily issue a refund so that you can order the product in a different size or colour.
5. HOW WILL I KNOW YOU HAVE REFUNDED ME?
Once we have received your returned items, we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank it may take up to 10 days.
