WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: RECOVER FROM YOUR DAY WITH THIS YOGA SEQUENCE
This week's 'Workout Wednesday' post encourages you to get on your yoga mat.
During this sequence you're predominately laying on your back, which after a full day, can often feel really good to most. You start off in this sequence waking up the abdominals a little- building some stability and heat, while working your arms and shoulders. Then we focus on releasing any tension and stress you might be carrying in your lower back, hips and/or pelvis area. Aiming to feel like you've balanced out the entire body by the end of the sequence.
