It's true, you either love them or hate them, either way there's no getting away from them being in season! There are also a lot of different ways to enjoy brussels besides the way your family serve them on Christmas day. 

If you saw our eat seasonably post you'll know that brussels are in season, they are also an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin K. They are a very good source of numerous nutrients including folate, manganese, vitamin B6, dietary fiber, choline, copper, vitamin B1, potassium, phosphorus and omega-3 fatty acids.

So here's three recipes that should get your mouth watering and you wanting to stock up on brussels: 



We thought we'd start with the easiest, you can whip this up really easily. Add some chicken or salmon and you've got a great salad for the work week or a quick on the go dinner. 


We're huge soup fans, especially this time of the year. This soup is filling and yummy, we encourage you make a big batch and put it in your freezer. That's a really easy meal prep, for dinners, and you'll be thankful for it after a walk home from the station in the cold. 


This recipe definitely makes eggs more interesting. It's loaded with goodness and great for any time of the day.
