WHERE DO YOU WANT TO BE THIS TIME NEXT YEAR? (WITH DOWNLOADABLE MONTHLY GOAL TRACKER)
With the new year approaching, and if you're anything like us, you'll have been busy mapping out your goals for 2018! If you're needing some help putting goals together here's so help:
First consider what you want to achieve, and then commit to it. Set SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound) goals that motivate you and write them down to make them feel tangible. Then plan the steps you must take to realize your goal, and cross off each one as you work through them.
When we plan out our goals at the end of the year, for the year ahead, we like to ask ourselves, "Where do you want to be this time next year?" This isn't just location, but how do you want to feel, then follow it with what do you need to accomplish to get to that feeling. It might not be as easy as this sounds, so be patient with yourself.
When you have goals to accomplish it's a good to track them.
It keeps you focused
Without tracking them, it's easier to focus on your failures.
Tracking makes goal setting easier by allowing you to break big tasks into small steps. It therefore stops you getting overwhelmed.
Tracking will tell you which activities give the best results. After a while a pattern might form, allowing you to focus on tasks that yield better results.
With the intent to make your life a little easier, we've supplied you with a monthly goal tracker you can use to track your goals.
