Happy Wednesday! This week we wanted to focus on foam rolling. If you're anything like us, you'll have a love/hate relationship with it. Once you start using a foam roller regularly into your routine, you'll wonder how you ever performed your workouts without it. 
In brief foam rolling is good for: preventing injury and recovering faster, improves mobility and flexibility and removes lactic acid. Regularly rolling pre and post workout will mean you will help prepare your muscles for the workout ahead and also help with post muscle recovery.
