We're clinging onto Summer like you wouldn't believe so this weeks smoothie recipe is everything we love about those Summer days crammed into one smoothie! 
We suggest just closing your eyes to block out the rain while to sip and slip back into Summer. 

Here's what you'll need: 

1/2 of an avocado
1 cup of honeydew melon chunks
Juice from 1/2 a lime
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of fat free plain yoghurt
1/2 cup of apple juice
1 tbsp of honey (manduka preferably)
