If you're anything like us, this long Winter might be causing your skin to be dry and life less. We know, it sucks! (C'mon Spring - we're longing for you)! So, despite soaking your body in coconut oil, what else can you do?  

The skin's appearance is a result of what you are putting into your body, so one thing you can do is drink a ton of water! You've heard that before I bet, and although some disagree we that statement but trust us on this one- water is amazing for the skin. There are then a bunch of foods you can eat that will give you a 'healthy glow'.

Every one of the ingredients in this smoothie are packed with fiber and increasing your fiber content is what will give your skin that much needed boost because it will help remove toxins from your body. So, this smoothie is full of that.  Pineapples are excellent at promoting efficient digestion which is what soft beautiful skin is dependent on. Flax seeds are full of omega-3 fatty acids which help prevent inflammation, which can lead to dry and damaged skin. Avocados hydrate your skin which gives you that 'glow' back.
