Dancing can boost your self esteem, energy levels and overall well being as well as improve your balance, muscle strength and endurance! Dancing has this incredible way of making you feel happy to be alive - and feels (to some) far more fun than other forms of exercise like running. You can choose to dance alone or with other people or just in front of the mirror! So, whatever you decide just get moving!
