But today we're sharing a breakfast recipe we enjoy when we have more time to prepare a healthy breakfast - like a Saturday morning or a morning on a long weekend! 

Here's what you need:

Here's how to prepare: 

Scramble the eggs
Toast the bread
Serve the eggs onto the toast
Then add the Arugula & sliced avocado on top
Garnish with a little pepper and sriracha if desired
