The warm temperatures are here and seem to be saying (we pray we haven't just jinxed it) but without a pool how do you stay cool?

Ice cubes are an necessity to Summer. Although placing ice cubes over your body to cool down certainly sounds appealing, instead we suggest infusing your ice cubes with some lemon and lime. Why? Because they are full of antioxidants and great for your immune system. When you're feeling your best, your body regulates properly. Staying hydrated during the Summer months is important. It also helps the body regulate it's temperature, so you're likely to feel cooler. 

Invest In An Umbrella

We probably don't need to tell you how much cooler the shade is, so cool off by placing yourself under that umbrella you've just invested in. It can be enjoyed by the whole household and guests!
