Somehow (miraculously) we have come to the last Saturday in January! Whether it feels like it’s taken for ever or sailed by, we’re here and we want you to join us in a personal check in! Now, what do we mean by a “personal check in”… Well. We all set some kind of goals at the beginning or the year, or at the least said some statements to take us (hopefully) in the direction we want our lives to go in… we even encouraged it.

So, now is the time to check in with yourself and see if you have commited to it. Did you start and then life get in the way? Be truthful, with no judgement, only awareness to the situation.

Write it out

Firstly go back and remind yourself of what it was you wanted to work on.


How successful have you been at this? Whether it’s wildly unsuccessful or greatly successful. Note it down!

Set Tasks

Which ever the outcome was of where you are at, make some tasks that you can do to either get you back on track or staying on the track. Something you can do today, this week, this month. Tangible tasks! Ones you CAN do, don’t set yourself up for failure. Thats not the goal. The goal is for you to achieve. If it’s a huge goal you’re working on for example. Break it down into smaller tasks that work towards that one big goal.

It’s really helpful to do these personal check ins monthly because life can and DOES get in the way. It’s your goal not to let it!
