Even in today’s world self-care can easily be put on the back burner when life gets busy. So, we challenge you to stick to 30 days of self-care! We’ve assigned one suggestion to each day, but if you want to mix it up you can. For example - if it’s raining on day one, switch the bike ride to another day it would be more enjoyable to be outside!
