Ah there’s nothing like the unpredictability of Spring time. One day it’s Summer like weather, the next it’s grey and raining like middle of October. This kind of spontaneity with the weather can play havoc with you immune system. One way to keep your health stable is fueling your body with healthy foods (we talk about this a lot if you read the blog regularly). So, here’s a Spring time smoothie, you can enjoy that’s good for your immune system:

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice
1/2 An Avocado
1 Cup of Yoghurt
1 Handful of Strawberries
1 Handful of Spinach

Blend and enjoy!
