Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your 30Fifteen clothing but we understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. Therefore, we offer a UK returns service.
We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.
Sale items may be refunded within seven days of receipt of order, if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After this period, sale items may be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be applied to the credit / debit card used for the original purchase.
Complete the returns section on the returns form, which was included with our original delivery.
Parcels are then returned at the customer's own cost. We strongly recommend that you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office, as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse.
Once we have received your returned items, we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank it may take up to 10 days.
We recommend that you obtain and keep a proof of postage in case you need it as evidence that you have returned the product to us. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
We are sorry to hear that your 30Fifteen order wasn’t quite as expected. Please follow the steps above and we will happily issue a refund so that you can order the product in a different size or colour.
Returns / exchanges will be accepted for web purchases only. We will not grant refunds / exchanges for items purchased at retail locations.
